Mix ratio
Off-ratio foam can remain soft, shrink, smell or fail to cure correctly.
Canister systems
Two-component kits mix A-side and B-side chemicals at the nozzle. They offer larger project capacity, but temperature, ratio, setup and protective controls make them a separate comparison from one-component 12-can kits.
Current research set
Each size stays attached to its exact model. Yield or feedback from a larger kit is not transferred to a smaller version.
| Family | Tracked sizes | System | Status |

Separate scoring model
Off-ratio foam can remain soft, shrink, smell or fail to cure correctly.
Chemical and substrate temperatures directly affect output and foam quality.
Theoretical board feet must be separated from field-reported, condition-dependent coverage.
PPE, ventilation, re-entry guidance and local code requirements are part of the product decision.
