Best Spray Foam publishes research, analysis and opinion about spray foam products. Rankings, evidence marks, ratings, calculator results and every "desk note" on this site are editorial opinions based on manufacturer documents and public information available on the date stated. They are not guarantees of performance, not professional, engineering or legal advice, and not a substitute for the product label, the safety data sheet, the manufacturer's instructions, your local building code, or a licensed contractor or code official.
We have not applied, sprayed or laboratory-tested any product on this site unless a page says so in plain words, and no page says so yet. Where we quote a maker's figure, the figure is the maker's; where we say a figure is missing, we mean we could not find it, not that it does not exist.
Spray foam carries chemical, ventilation and fire hazards. Isocyanates can sensitize. Solvent cleaners are extremely flammable aerosols. Foam plastic is regulated by building codes that require thermal or ignition barriers in most locations. Follow the label, the SDS and your local code, and treat every safety statement on this site as a pointer to those sources, not a replacement for them.
Prices, pack sizes, sellers and availability change without notice; every figure here is a dated snapshot. Verify with the seller before you buy. Links to Amazon, Walmart and brand stores are provided for identification; we do not control those pages.
Nothing here creates a professional, contractor-client or advisory relationship between you and us, and nothing here is a warranty or a guarantee of any product's performance. Your use of the site itself is governed by the terms of use.
